Voyage Privé is a scam company. I booked a 5* all inclusive hotel in Creta last week on their website and now 2days before my flight to Greece I received an email from them saying that the hotel can’t accommodate me because they’re full booked.
I booked an Inghams holiday through Voyage Priv! last year. Everything ran smoothly and there were loads of others at the hotel on the same deal. No complaints from anyone.

Couldn’t get in touch with Voyage Prive the person on the phone asked to send email to customer complaints. They never responded 3 months later despite several phone calls and follow up on my return.
No one is answering to my emails and this is just the biggest scam ever. They are holding over 1000 GBP from me with no possibility to contact them, no use of their stupid voucher and no refund possible.

Voyage Privé is a complete SCAM. We booked holidays for 2500 swiss francs and they never transferred my money to the airline nor to the hotel - meaning they didn't book anything. We went to check in at the airport and the guy there told us that we were not listed on our flight ; we could not fly.
