Voyage Privé is a scam company. I booked a 5* all inclusive hotel in Creta last week on their website and now 2days before my flight to Greece I received an email from them saying that the hotel can’t accommodate me because they’re full booked.

We repeatedly called the emergency number provided by Voyage Privé, but only an answering machine responded, instructing us to contact them via WhatsApp. To this day, we have not received any response.

Voyage Prive were impossible to get in contact with, took our money and emailed us to claim it off our travel insurance company. No vouchers, no apologise !! Date of experience : 22 September 2020
