I have had a Marriott Time Share in Ft. Lauderdale for 20 years and recently got suckered into their Vacation Club Point Program. They claimed as a Select Member I would have better customer service (which previously sucked) and the great value of the program.

6 Δεκ 2023 · Marriott Vacation Club is a total scam and drains you dry only to leave you stranded with no vacation but thousands of dollars poorer. I have been a club member for over 20 years and each year it goes down in customer service and availability.
What it boils down to is the Marriott Vacation Club and its sales agents very purposefully misrepresented the facts, lied, and used high stress tactics to bully and manipulate people into purchasing a useless product.
