QUIKRETE Mortar Mix can be hand mixed or can be machine mixed in a paddle-type mortar mixer. A minimum of 5 minutes of mixing is required. Add approximately 5 quarts (4.7 L) of clean water into the mixing container for each 80 lb (36.2) bag; for each 60 lb (27.2 kg) bag add 3-3/4 quarts (3.5 L).
