24 Ιουν 2024 · To calculate your official baggage costs, we suggest using Air Canada’s baggage calculator tool. All checked bags must adhere to a maximum weight of 50 pounds (23 kg) in economy or 70 pounds (32 kg) for business class, with maximum linear dimensions of 62 linear inches (158 cm).
Air Canada (AC) allows 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free. Carry-on should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions: 46 linear inches (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in) or 118 centimeters (55 x 40 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels.
7 Απρ 2024 · Air Canada's checked baggage allowances differ based on the fare purchased, route, and travel class. According to Upgraded Points, checked bags must weigh no more than 50 lbs (23 kg) per item for economy class, or 70 lbs (32 kg) for business class.
8 Μαρ 2021 · Air Canada allows one free personal item and carry-on luggage for all their fares. For the two lowest fares, Basic and Standard, fees for checked baggage start at $30. For international Basic fares, fees could be as high as $70. Checked baggage is only free for certain fares, classes, or elites.
Please note Air Canada's new baggage fees for 2023, as baggage fees have gone up by about 20% on domestic flights in 2023, including for 1st, 2nd, additional, and overweight/oversize bags. Air Canada no longer publishes a fixed set of baggage fees by destination category.
