I have connecting Air India flight (Domestic + internationl), I was abled to web check-in for domestic flight but unable to do for connecting international flight. Error I am getting on air India portal is : "We were unable to uniquely identify you with your booking reference. Try a different identification option.
I checked with Air India on GSA Error - It means that this specific flight is not open for web check-in and you need to go to the airport for web check-in. However, you can still select your seat on another option of air India website.
I am facing a trouble in the web check in process. In the passenger details section once I provide with the destination address and proceed to the next step the page is showing error showing "Your request could not be completed at this time.
