Does anyone have an actual email address for the customer service at American Airlines? I have a letter (mostly positive) I want to send.
I had an issue with AA/Qatar airways last month and just kept ending the chat. Both AA and QA just kept telling me to talk to the other. Finally found a rockstar that without prompting just reached out to QA and fixed it. Regarding wait times I always. Get in a physical airport line, start the chat, and get in the phone call “line”.
So last week I emailed customer relations about the poor customer service experience I had to get my issue resolved. The first email went out last Monday, no response. I called the customer service hotline, spoke to a new customer service rep who was far more helpful and polite.
