3 Ιαν 2021 · Essentially a corporate scam as of 2020. Chapters indigo has had direct connection pulled from customer service lines. Meaning, it is impossible to reach an agent by any public contact number. In addition to that, since 2020; the live agent chat option has been removed and instead reads daily that "there are no chat advisors available".

Delivery of online books is a sham. Chapters Indigo has got to stop using Loomis to "deliver" their online books. My books arrived in Calgary on 16th December. It indicated that the books were outbound for delivery on 17th.
I made a 50$ purchase December 26th and all the seller has done is make the label. When I click on the shop it says unable to find shop, is this a scam?

A new impersonation scam doing the rounds appropriates the name of a famous bookseller: the Strand Bookstore in New York City.
