Store Purchase Returns. Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to any location. Refunds or exchanges may be made within 30 days if the item (s) is returned in store-bought condition with a receipt, unless subject to our great read guarantee in which item (s) may be returned or exchanged at any time and in any condition with a receipt.

RETURNS. Chapters accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
