Usually I use Paytm, just wanted to know if there is a better option. I searched on makemytrip but their prices were higher than paytm. (Also which website/app has the better cashback offers for domestic flights.)
By default Skyscanner is a good starting point, but Google flight and at times sites like yatra, MakeMyTrip etc can give good deals with their discount codes. The other day I got a better deal through kiwi.com as they were offering a 2.5k discount for first time subscribers.
Check Kayak to see if they recommend booking now or waiting. Check Google Flights every few days to see if the price drops. Certain airlines like Southwest don’t show up on those sites.
First of all, go incognito. Most travel sites use cookies to look at your travel preferences and jack up rates accordingly. Second, and obviously a no brainer, book in advance. Third, sites like goibibo are offering huge discounts/cash back deals. If you travel regularly, you can get amazing deals. Finally, if you travel regularly, collect miles!
