A day before departure, Cheaptickets sent me an email saying that my baggage allowance had been removed. Then i called my airline to ask for information. I was later informed that no baggage allowance was EVER booked.

Was awarded flight credit and received an email saying I could redeem this credit on cheaptickets.com. Attempted to redeem credit and it showed that I had no credit to redeem. Chatted with an agent and was told I needed to deal with the credit through the airline, not cheaptickets.com.
