You are able to get a hold of a representative within 1 minute. They said the secondary ticket place is experience delays and will send in the next hour.
Twice after I've waited the 6-8 weeks or more and sat on the phone or chat for hours with customer service, I have been told the refund was not processed correctly. I am now being told to wait an additional 2-3 months.
Cheaptickets never notified the people of the change. Cheaptickets does not care if you get where you are headed. They only care to take your $$$$. If you have a problem, you can plan to spend hours and hours and hours on hold w/ their TERRIBLE customer service.

Poor customer service. The experience of booking flight tickets on cheaptickets hong kong is definitely UN-FORGETTABLE! I will surely remember to book from airline directly in the future.
