Intermountain Healthcare has signed an agreement to acquire Classic Air Medical, a leading air medical transport company that serves patients in eight western states, including much of the same footprint as Intermountain's telehealth service network.

13 Απρ 2021 · Intermountain Healthcare, a health system serving patients in the Intermountain West, has signed an agreement to acquire Classic Air Medical, an air medical transport company with 28 aircraft and 22 bases. The acquisition will enhance Intermountain's ability to provide telehealth and digital care to rural communities and improve value-based care.
