I ended up spending about 5 hours on the phone with Expedia, at first the rep says that it was the airline that kept changing the flight time. After much negotiation, the rep agreed to re-book the tickets for me at no extra cost.
I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.
