I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.
Phone your bank and tell them they have had loads of complaints about Expedia. They put you through to a deptment that deals with getting your money back. They just charge Expedia when you have benn refunded.

Having Expedia make a name adjustment to a reservation (i.e., adding a middle name to an existing reservation) is a major event. 40 minute call times, an inability to find the reservation and language issues that make looking up an email a ten-minute exercise.
