12 Ιουν 2020 · This is really a scam, they will tell you that there will be a travel fund, but you won't be able to access it! There are a lot of fees if you do it over the phone, there is no refund policy. They even have a bad customer service. Do not trust this airline!

2 Σεπ 2023 · Today, it's been 7-months since I've come back. After 80 emails in this ongoing thread to dispute and get my compensation for the lost luggage, no response after 1.5 months... Very unreliable, I just hope someone would give me a status on my flight.
12 Φεβ 2024 · When checking in for our return flights we were told our booking only had 1 bag in total, despite our booking email showing two bags. The check-in agent insisted we pay 5000PHP excess baggage charge to take our return flights.
Sent registered mail to Cebu Pacific airlines with photocopies of my credit card bill, the receipt of the purchased ticket at the airport, and confirmed ticket email, and a lengthy letter asking for a refund and explanation.
16 years ago. I bought 4 e-tickets on their official web site http://www.cebupacificair.com/, after I have bought tickets, I found that my 4 tickets flight schedule is canceled (they will cancel every Tue and Thu flights in Jul 2008), I could not contact them till now.
14 Απρ 2020 · WORST customer service. Due to covid-19 my flights were cancelled, and this scam of an airlines put my money into a "travel fund" when I told them I would not be going back to the Philippines anymore due to the lockdowns.
