Web Checkin for passengers is available 48 hrs to 60 mins before domestic flight departure, and 24 hrs to 75 mins before international flight departure. Airport Check-in at counter is available 60 mins before domestic flight departure, and 75 mins before international flight departure.

Only for domestic flights (travel within India), IndiGo offers Web Check-in and Mobile Check-in (mobile app for iPhone and Android) up to 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure. Passengers are requested to always print the boarding pass, regardless of which option they have chosen – Online or Mobile Check-in.
Domestic Flights • Check-in counters closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. • Boarding gates close 25 minutes prior to departure at all airports. Passengers must be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified by IndiGo when they check in or any subsequent announcements made at the airport.
