Chat doesn't often work in my experience. Don't take bags or don't be late. Their cust service is now all automated timestamps of some random name with a form generic message. Fly without bags- or if you want actual customer service - a different airline. Good luck.

Has anyone found a way to talk to a human ? Their 800 number now offers only chat. Which I have been on for 4 hours and not one agent has responded.
To contact Frontier, you need to use their chat. Make sure you have your FRONTIER confirmation number because they won’t know what the 3rd party confirmation number is. Since it is more than a 3 hour change, Frontier would offer you a refund or a free change to a flight available the day before or after through a link in an email.
