Once you enable 2-Step Verification by Email, you will be asked to enter a code every time that you log in with your password. You can find the code in the inbox of the verified email you have on your Roblox account. Once you enter the code on your Roblox screen, you will be successfully logged in.
10 Νοε 2021 · Enter the generated security code from your Authenticator app into the Authenticator Setup prompt. Authenticator is now turned on. Enter your password to generate recovery codes in case you lose access to the Authenticator app. You will see your 10 active recovery codes.
Generate A One-Time Code. On your new device, open the login page. Click the Log In with Another Device button. A one-time code will be displayed, which is only valid for 5 minutes. Authenticate The One-Time Code. On your logged-in device, go to Account Settings then Quick Login.
Press the Email Me a One-Time Code button on the login page. Enter the email address that is verified on your account. We will email you a six-digit one-time code. Enter the one-time code to log in (if your email is verified on multiple accounts, you can choose one).

You will need to enter the new code that is displayed in the app if the previous code did not work. If you continue to have issues, you can try using another 2-step verification method that you set up. If you're still unable to log in with a new code, please contact Customer Support.
Two step verification is an account security option that requires users to authenticate using email, a security key, or an authenticator app in order to log into Roblox. Accounts secured with two step verification will require more than just a username and password to log in.
