The Google admin console only does client-side validation for the https requirement, so you can use the Chrome console to monitor the network call made when modifying the ACS URL.

14 Ιαν 2022 · Follow the below steps to resolve the issue: Go to admin.google.com and login with your G Suite administrator account. Navigate to the Apps tab in the left menu and click on Web and mobile apps. Navigate to your configured app in IDP. In the user access section, click on the Off for everyone option. Then select ON for everyone.
