To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 60 days of the order shipment date. After 60 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.
To return or exchange your merchandise at a Hollister Co. store, please bring your items and order invoice. Orders can be returned at a store in the same country where the order was delivered, excluding Poland.
Hollister allows for online returns as long as the Hollister return policy process is initiated within 60 days of the shipment. Once this time has lapsed, refunds for your purchases will be in the form of an e-gift card sent to the email address used for the purchase.
