30 Αυγ 2019 · Basically you'll set to change automatically every typed 1/2 (Replace column) to ½ (With column). The wanted fraction is picked during the setup from the Emoji & Symbols panel by double-clicking on it.
18 Νοε 2015 · In addition to Jimmy's great information, you can create text substitutions for all the fractions. Just use the character viewer to create text substitutions for each string 1/2 : ½ , etc. The Text Substitutions are just one tab over, "Text" on the Keyboard system prefs.
25 Αυγ 2018 · The sotware keyboard’s Text Replacement feature has fraction symbols set up by default. When you type a common fraction like 1/2 it replaces it with ½ (if the feature is turned on in Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement).
You can simply make the " half " ( ½ ) symbol by typing the key combination below: Make the symbol "a half": Alt + 0 1 8 9 = ½. The technique : You keep the Alt key pressed (key just to the left of the Space bar), then you successively type the numbers 0 1 8 9 , then you finally release the Alt key, which will display the symbol " a half ": ½.
