Facts. JetBlue Airways Corporation (JetBlue) (defendant) compiled and maintained personal information regarding its passengers in Passenger Name Records (PNRs). In addition to passengers’ names, PNRs also included passengers’ addresses, telephone numbers, and flight itineraries.
