15 Φεβ 2023 · Hello Kody, If you bought a Gift Card or a subscription card that was damaged when you scratched it, you must contact Xbox support via chat so that they can help you. NOTE: You will need the purchase invoice for your gift card.
If you purchased this code from a third party retailer like GameStop, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Microsoft recommends that you provide these details to them: Provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.
