13 Μαΐ 2024 · IndiGo Airlines charge domestic travelers INR 550 per additional kg at the time of check-in. International travelers are charged INR 600 per additional kg (or as per base currency of reservation). IndiGo also offers a pre-paid excess baggage facility to its customers up to one hour before the scheduled departure of the flight.
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
