Baggage International Connection. IndiGo offers great prices on purchasing prepaid excess baggage when you are travelling on your domestic IndiGo flight and connecting to/from another international airline. This allowance is over and above your eligible baggage allowance.
IndiGo will levy a fee of INR 1200 (or equivalent in foreign currency) for Domestic flights and INR 2500 (or equivalent in foreign currency) for International flights , for any Special Baggage that is submitted as Checked Baggage.
Indigo Airlines offers different baggage allowances for domestic and international flights. For domestic flights, passengers can check-in up to 15 kilograms (33 pounds) of baggage in total across all fare types.
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
