Don't order online. The service I received from Indigo recently is absolutely ridiculous. I waited more than 5 months for a single book to arrive. Upon calling customer service asking if it would ever arrive, they assured me it was just backordered (for 5 months?) and that I would receive an email with a new shipping date. This never happened.

Delivery of online books is a sham. Chapters Indigo has got to stop using Loomis to "deliver" their online books. My books arrived in Calgary on 16th December. It indicated that the books were outbound for delivery on 17th.
