Check Gift Card Balance. Your gift card number is located on the back of your card.
To check your Indigo Gift Card balance online, you can use the gift card balance tool, or visit the Payment Options section in your Account Centre. Lost or stolen Gift Cards. Indigo Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions, and cannot be recovered if lost or stolen.
View your preferred payment card and select "Edit" to add a new card or choose a new preferred card by selecting the heart icon. Check any Gift Card balances by entering your Gift Card number and PIN, and selecting Next.
If you want to use your Indigo Gift Card online and don't have a PIN, simply take your Indigo Gift Card to any one of our many retail locations and ask the cashier to transfer the balance from your current gift card to a new gift card and you'll get a new PIN.
Your card will be delivered via email after checkout. Your card will be mailed directly to your recipient.
View your balance, transactions, statement and make or schedule a payment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you're unsure which membership number is associated with your account, you can go to Your Account > Account Centre and select the My Rewards section. You will see your membership tier (plum or plum PLUS), your membership number, and your current points balance.
