Check Gift Card Balance. Your gift card number is located on the back of your card.
During checkout, on the payment page, click the + symbol next to GIFT CARD to expand and reveal the fields to enter the Card Number and PIN. The card number appears on the back of the gift card, just below the barcode. Cards purchased from Indigo start with 604xxx and have a 19 or 20-digit number.
You'll find your number on the back of your Indigo gift card, just below the barcode. The 20 digit number will start with 604883, and gift cards purchased outside of Indigo, Chapters, Coles locations will have 11 digits in front of the 604883 (these need to be omitted when entering the card number).
