Whenever you make a booking on jetstar.com, we’ll send you a booking confirmation email with your itinerary and tax invoice. If you’ve lost your itinerary and tax invoice – don’t worry! You can get them re-sent to you through manage booking.

Online check-in is available from 24 hours until 30 minutes before the flight leaves for domestic flights. For international travel, it's 24 hours until 90 minutes before departure.

If you made your booking at jetstar.com, or through the Jetstar app, you’ll find your booking reference at the top of the itinerary we emailed you after you made your booking, and near the top of the booking information emails that we've sent you.
You can view your booking online before travel at Manage booking by entering your booking reference and last name. Your booking reference consists of six letters and numbers and can be found on your e-ticket itinerary. If you booked directly with Qantas your booking reference will not include numbers zero (0) or one (1).
Online check-in is simple, fast and available for almost all Jetstar flights – see below for exceptions. To check in online, all you’ll need is your booking reference (it’s on your itinerary) and your passport details if you’re flying international.
