I booked a flight through KAYAK and I received a confirmation from VAYAMA. I tried to cancel it after 10 minutes and they wanted to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Waiting 10 minutes for a customer srvice agent and get a terrible service. NOT using KAYAK anymore
