If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call our toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You may still be able to use the online form. Contact your local Social Security office or our National 800# (800-772-1213) and after we identify you, ask us to provide you with the TAA, ID, and BIC.

In addition to reporting on the use of benefits and the dedicated account, you must report any changes which may affect the beneficiary's eligibility for benefits, or the payment amount. You should report these changes as soon as possible by calling SSA at 1-800-772-1213, or by calling or writing your local SSA office.
You can call us to request a benefit verification letter at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you live outside of the United States, visit the Social Security Office of Earnings & International Operations page to find the office that serves your country of residence.
