20 Νοε 2021 · Running Monterey 12.0 on a brand new MacBook Pro (14", M1 Pro) and the top menu bar keeps disappearing. It appears if I re-start the computer, but inevitably--usually a few hours later--it won't drop down when I move my mouse to the top of the screen.
Once the Window for System Preferences opens, click on the General Settings icon. In the next window, under the Appearance tab, you will see a check box option that says ‘Automatically hide and show the menu bar.
9 Σεπ 2023 · To check this, open System Preferences and click on Dock & Menu Bar. Under Menu Bar, make sure that the checkbox next to Automatically hide and show the menu bar is not checked.

16 Ιαν 2023 · Navigate to Dock & Menu Bar (in the case of Ventura, Desktop & Dock ). In the Menu Bar settings, click on the Automatically hide or show the menu bar on the desktop checkbox to disable it. Now, even for a macOS Monterey, your system won’t hide the menu bar frequently.
18 Αυγ 2022 · If you notice that the Menu Bar at the top of your screen is missing, it is probably because you are using an app in Full Screen mode. You can customize how this works in System Preferences. You can also use Mission Control and Spaces to have the Menu Bar present for some apps and not others.
