The Belgium PLF is an online Passenger Locator Form - a health questionnaire that needs to be filled out by every incoming visitor or Belgian citizen/resident coming to Belgium. The form must be completed within six months of arrival in the country by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Every passenger, regardless of the nationality, who takes an Extra-Schengen flight to Belgium is obliged to complete this form before departure and to present it to the carrier. The form “Passenger Locator Form” exists now also in an electronic version.
