13 Ιαν 2020 · You will not find Philippines in the timezone under date and time. Since Philippines only have one timezone which is 8 hours ahead of the "Coordinated Universal Time" or UTC, you have to use (UTC +08:00) to get the Philippine time.

15 Δεκ 2015 · Check Synchronize with the Internet time server. Click on update now. Click Ok. Also, you can check the Date and Time settings. Go to Search and type Change Date and Time. Click on it to open. Make sure set time automatically is on.
Unfortunately, I don't see the Philippine timezone as an option as well in Settings. I also have to set a different country with UTC (UTC+08:00) since the Philippines only has one timezone.

I changed the location in the maps application to my address and then went back to Date & Time settings and flipped the "Set time zone automatically" option, but it still sets the time zone to " (UTC + 12:00) Auckland, Wellington", which isn't even the correct country.
