Reservations can be made 360 days prior to the departure date. You can search for a date and time 360 days prior to your scheduled flight date. Ticket, e-Ticket Receipt, and EMD. This page contains information on tickets for international flights.
Where can I check? The reservation number (6-digit alphanumeric number) can be confirmed on the e-ticket receipt. If you made a reservation on the JAL website, please also check the Reservation completion email or Confirmation email after Ticketing.
Flight status of codeshare flights. In case that you search the information with "Today" selection of departure date or arrival date, please re-search with "Yesterday" if date changes at thedeparture or arrival point, especially when you use re-load function on your browser.
What is a Reservation Number? It is a 6-digit number given at the time of booking. Please be sure to write it down as you will need it when confirming your reservation. * If you make a reservation for multiple people in one operation, everyone will have the same reservation number.
Where can I find my flight number? Please refer to the itinerary field on your e-ticket. If you booked your ticket on JAL website, you may also confirm it on a confirmation email.
