SWA fleet has turned into a greyhound bus with wings. From the “free Wi-Fi that hardly ever works to constant flight delays or cancellations. Occasionally I’m forced to take an SWA flight. Today is the first time I have flown on SWA in months and this is the plane I’m on.
Out of all the airlines I've flown with in my life, I believe I have flown SWA the most. They service most of the destinations I travel to on a semi-regular basis, they employees are generally helpful and pleasant to interact with, the planes are reasonably clean, and the price is usually more fair than not.
SW flight from Atlanta to Tampa last night. There was ONE man in a wheelchair for pre-boarding surrounded by at least 10 others (all wearing matching purple shirts - it looked like they were coming from a college/fraternity reunion).
