If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
Southwest Vacations does not charge any change or cancellation fees for the air portion of your vacation package. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Protection to cover your hotel cancellation or change fees.
