  1. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.

To cancel online, access your booked reservation by visiting the retrieve a reservation Follow the instructions to cancel your reservation. By cancelling a reservation, your eligibility for a refund is limited.
