Changes and Cancellations. Most flights can be changed or canceled through our website or the Southwest app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app, pull up your reservation, and then tap or click either the Change or Cancel option.

22 Μαΐ 2024 · We have implemented and refined many policies to support easy, stress-free travel, like easily rescheduling missed flights, allowing you to change or cancel your flight for a refund up to 10 minutes before your scheduled departure, and even better flight tracking.
If your flight is canceled by Southwest and you choose to not to travel as a result, you may receive a flight credit or Transferrable Flight Credit; however, you are entitled to a method-of-payment refund upon request for the unused transportation – even for non-refundable tickets.
