The air portion of your booking will be refunded in Southwest Airlines Travel Funds (air credit), which may be used on a future Southwest Vacation. The Business Select and Anytime fares are refundable.
If you decide not to travel and elect to cancel your flight, Southwest may provide you with a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit: Business Select® and Anytime tickets are refundable.
22 Μαΐ 2024 · If you cancel your Southwest vacation and have purchased Southwest Travel Protection for that trip, you will receive a refund in the form of a flight credit. To get travel insurance for your flight, use the Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier Credit Card.
Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app and then tap or click the Cancel option. Our website and the Southwest app also allow eligible Customers to cancel a portion of their trip while keeping the other portion of the reservation available to fly.
Southwest Vacations does not charge any modification or cancellation fees for the air portion of your vacation package. The air portion is nonrefundable once purchased, but is reusable. In case of a modification or cancellation, Southwest Vacations will apply the value of the reusable air to the new air on the modified reservation.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your unused accommodation, ground transportation, and activities arrangements booked for the same trip through Southwest Vacations if Southwest Airlines disrupts your flight itinerary.
