To make changes to your reservation, please email Southwest Vacations at customerservice@southwestvacations.com or call Southwest Vacations Customer care center at 1-800-243-8372 during regular operating hours.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
If you booked on Southwest Vacations website or through the Southwest Vacations contact center, contact Southwest Vacations directly at CustomerService@SouthwestVacations.com. All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by Southwest Vacations and hotel and feature/excursion suppliers.
Most flights can be changed or canceled through our website or the Southwest app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app, pull up your reservation, and then tap or click either the Change or Cancel option.
