If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
If you need to cancel your travel plans, contact Southwest Vacations by phone as soon as possible and no later than sixty (60) minutes prior to scheduled departure to allow time to process the cancellation and avoid No Show forfeiture of your funds.
Southwest Vacations doesn’t charge any change or cancellation fees for the air portion of your vacation package. We’ll apply the value of the air portion of your reservation to the new flight on the changed reservation.

You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a full refund for your vacation booked through Southwest Vacations. Your refund is made in the original form of payment. Flights are non-refundable and will be issued in the form of an airline credit valid for future travel for up to one year from original time of purchase.
