Changes and Cancellations. Most flights can be changed or canceled through our website or the Southwest app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app, pull up your reservation, and then tap or click either the Change or Cancel option.
12 Μαρ 2020 · Southwest will only allow full credit of the ticket for 12 months of the original date that you ticketed the flight. That's the rub. I spoke with their executive relations team last night and they are currently unrelenting on that policy.
