Changes and Cancellations. Most flights can be changed or canceled through our website or the Southwest app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app, pull up your reservation, and then tap or click either the Change or Cancel option.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your unused accommodation, ground transportation, and activities arrangements booked for the same trip through Southwest Vacations if Southwest Airlines disrupts your flight itinerary.

Additionally, you can check any travel advisories for airports on the day of your flight. If you see a delay for your flight, remember that most delays, especially under an hour, usually catch up to their original departure time.
If you have been affected by a Southwest-initiated cancellation, you can self-serve and change each flight date/time in your original reservation, both the impacted and non-impacted, by up to 14 days from your original travel date and up to two times at no additional cost.
