If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
If booked with Wanna Get Away® or with Wanna Get Away Plus™ fare class and you cancelled your flight at least 10 minutes prior to travel, the air portion of your booking will be refunded in a Southwest Airlines air credit, which may be used on a future trip with Southwest Vacations.

If you decline Travel Protection and cancel your booking, any refund due for the land/ feature portion of your booking (after applicable penalties) will be in the form of a travel credit from Southwest Vacations.
In accordance with Southwest Airlines’ No Show Policy: If you are not planning to travel on any portion of this itinerary, please cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.
You may cancel your vacation online or by calling the Southwest Vacations Customer care center. To cancel online, access your booked reservation by visiting the retrieve a reservation page or by logging into your Southwest Vacations account. Follow the instructions to cancel your reservation.
