I spent countless hours on the phone with customer service , with my original confirmation and no communication from Spirit that the reservation was deleted. The agent was rude and wanted to charge me more than if I booked immediately online.
Customer service at gate D10 was non existent. Multiple passengers said "good morning" and "hello" to the ticketing agent. She was on her phone in her earphone and did not respond to any passenger greetings.
I called Spirit customer service and it's all people with English as a second language, making it very hard to understand them in a noisy airport. Then they would not reimburse me for the flight to Dallas since I'd already flown there.

Flying these cut rate jobs only encourages them. I recall once flying back to Cali on Spirit (they don't come here anymore BTW) from Detroit and having one of the worst flights ever.
