You can check in as many bags as you like up to the weight allowance for your travel class. Each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg. The weight concept applies to all routes, except when you travel to and from the Americas and from Africa (for tickets issued before 9 August 2021).
Use the baggage tracker in the Emirates App to see where your bags are at every step of the journey. Select your trip under ‘My trips’ and choose ‘My baggage status’. You can follow your bag from check-in to loading on the aircraft, while it’s being transferred to a connecting flight, and see when it has arrived at your destination.
If you're checking in bags, drop them at the Emirates check in desks no later than 90 minutes before your flight. Complete your security check no later than 60 minutes before departure. Boarding starts 45 minutes before your flight, and gates close 20 minutes before departure.
