You can check in as many bags as you like up to the weight allowance for your travel class. Each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg. The weight concept applies to all routes, except when you travel to and from the Americas and from Africa (for tickets issued before 9 August 2021).
If, however, the allowance is purchased during online check-in, the fee increases to $45 as standard, it then increases to $55 at the airport or $65 at the gate. Carry-on baggage must be no bigger than 56 x 46 x 25cm.
3 Φεβ 2023 · Generally speaking, Spirit Airlines baggage fees for carry-ons apply to bags you need to place in the overhead bins. If your personal item can fit under the seat in front of you without spilling into the aisle or the area beneath your feet, you will not need to pay a fee to bring it on board.
Current bag prices are available here. One personal item that fits in the smaller sizer box (like a small backpack) is included with your ticket. Another personal item or anything larger like a standard carry-on or checked bag will need to be paid for. PRO TIP: Purchasing a carry-on or a checked bag at the time of booking is the most economical.
