Answer 1 of 17: I am about to fly spirit airlines and my checked bag is 62.75 linear inches. Which is 3/4” too big. Do they really measure your bag? Will they really charge me $100 for being 3/4” over? Thanks for your reply!
If you haven't got another bag but there is an option to pay for what Spirit deem an oversize bag then throw money at the problem rather than try to sort it out on the day, which would likely be far less amenable than giving credit card information on the website. Answer 1 of 8: Hello, I'm going to ask a rather ridiculous question that I think I know the answer to buy after contacting Spirit 3 different times I have not gotten an answer. I know that the linear inches Max on a checked bag is 62 inches.
25 Ιαν 2024 · Spirit Airlines carry-on restrictions. Your carry-on bag can be a maximum of 22 x 18 x10 inches (56 x 46 x 25 cm) including handles and wheels. Pieces exceeding these dimensions must become checked baggage. Unlike Frontier Airlines, Spirit Airlines does not publish a weight limit for their luggage.
